Buyer Beware! After buying a car from this dealer, I found a car fax report on the same car. The report stated the car was offered as a certified used car; the dealer would not honor the report. The car had over 2,000 more miles on the odometer more than what was on the sticker and after paying to have the interior cleaned and protected , I reached down to retrieve a coin and got a handful of someone else's food remains! This dealership couldn't have been more helpful as my tire pressure light wen off on I 94 and they found the error of a faulty tire pressure sensor valve. Within an hour I was on the road again. Thank you!
Worst dealer I have ever dealt with in my entire life! I called in to ask questions, ended up making a deal for the car. I told clearly told him I am on my way to come by it, and as soon as I get there he tells me he just sold the car!!!! Most irritating experience in my life! The managers there just make deals, make you drive 3 hours to come for no car available after a deal was clearly mad!!!
It’s absolutely disgusting how business nowadays works. They lie straight to you face just so you can put your foot through door. I spoke to Rosa who is a sales rep. And she acted so nice just so she can pursuade me to come to the dealer. I made a deal with Dan and Rosa on a car that I was supposed to purchase from them, mins you I drove an hour and 15 minutes. We made a deal that I would be there at 7:30 and I was there by 7:25 so that I can purchase the car. By the time I got there, they said that “the new owner just drove off the parking lot”. God knows if there actually was a car on the lot but all I can say is that they lied to me and attempted to cheat me into buying a different and more expensive car! I just walked out of there in disgust!
