Nice store. Cheap clothes so dont expect to keep them forever. Still nice items to grab for a quick outing. Everything is in style but the items run pretty small so I like to go a size up if I can. Also, if you see something you like, GRAB IT!!! it will not be there when you come back, even if you come back the next day. They get new items in daily so things go very fast. Very clean and neat store and staff is friendly.

Love their clothes. I first came here to get a last minute outfit for a night out and knew I were going to be coming back again and again. Very affordable, nice selection, big store. One star off because no fitting rooms, no shopping bags to hold clothes, they don't accept American Express and I rarely carry cash.
Customer service is absolutely terrible. Coming in to the store, no one greets you even when there are a handful of workers there in the front. There is no excuse for a customer to not be acknowledged especially when the store is not busy. It is unacceptable. The workers in the back near the shoes are so task oriented that they do not acknowledge their customers either. One worker said "excuse me",to put some shoes back, instead of saying "May I help you with something?" I will never spend my money where I do not feel welcomed.
The girls that work there are usually pretty rude. Then company needs to teach them that the customers come first instead of there gossipy chit-chat amongst each other. Twice now I've had a girl ring me out, take my money give me back my change, bag my items without ever even acknowledging my presence. No hello no goodbye no thank you no kiss my ass.
