Poor service, rude people answering the phone. Manager has a condescending not my problem type attitude. Very very bad service.
Called in an order came here fast but order was wrong. Tried to call back to no answer so we called from another number and they answered right away. Extremely unprofessional. Will not ever go back or recommend to anyone.
Something has happened at this location. Used to be friendly efficient and good customer service, but now it's like they couldn't care less about their customers. Pizza is mediocre, but it is what it is. When you start treating your customers poorly, it's a slippery slope. I'll take my business to one of the other 5 pizza joints around. DON'T TAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR GRANTED!
I thought 2nd time would be a better experience, not at all! I walked in waiting for almost 15 minutes and no one even said hello, completely ignored me! There were at least 6 to 7 people working, I was the only customer in the place and nothing. I left after that, drove down to little caesars pizza and guess what! They said hello to me as I walked in the door, and they were packed with customers! Just shows how far a little hello can go. I will never, ever give the other place my business again and will make sure I spread the word about them!
I've been purchasing from this location for the last 3 years - everyone there is extremely professional (Hats off to Anthony, you're an awesome guy!) Pizza is ready quickly, and tastes/looks great, and delivery times are very reasonable (
