Service has been getting worse and worse lately from wait staff to those handling takeout orders. Most recently, I got take out and they wanted to charge me when I asked for more sauce on the wings since they were very dry looking and barely had a thin coating. I have never been charged while dining in or on to-go orders for more sauce to have them decently coated. They have just been skimpy with amount of topping and sauce used, and don't seem willing to accommodate the customers reasonable requests lately.
Service was fast and food was good despite being busy. Great place to go
I wasn't impressed with the food nor with the service. We ordered 2 types of wings, and both were too salty and overdone. The waitress was friendly and attentive, but brought us napkins and plates only after we asked for them. Going to Hooters next time.
JEN SHOULD BE A RESTROOM ATTENDANT OR IN THE KITCHEN WASHING THE DISHES BECAUSE SHE IS A HORRIBLE WAITRESS!! I am sitting in the establishment as I text this out. Me and my boyfriend sat five minutes before we were acknowledged. Then once we gave our drink order she acted as if she was in such a rush to go over the other table and continue her conversation with a man over by us. We had to yell to her that we were not Finnish and wanted to put in a appetizer. Which we were only able to get out one because again she was in dyer need to chat it up. So once we got our drink and sampler (some African American lady brought to us...NOT Jen brought to us) she takes off and makes her round around the room (it's NOT packed). I wave her down and tell her we would like to put our order in. She takes our order and is gone (talks to a couple directly next to us). Now my food comes with six different dipping sauces on top if it along with my boyfriend's fries. I eat my food and get a refill as my boyfriend waits and his fries become cold. I flag her down YET AGAIN and inform her that half of his food is cold and the other half NEVER ARRIVED!! She looks confused like she doesn't understand what I am saying, so my boyfriend repeats it to her again. She says that she will go check. A man comes out five minutes later with THE WRONG ORDER and we WAIT SOME MORE!! FINALLY after God knows when His food comes but his FRIES ARE MISSING!! #NoTipNeeded
I dined in on Friday night, 11/3/17. The service I had was amazing!! The food came out quicker than ever before and was delicious! I HIGHLY recommend this location!!
