This is a decent theatre. Been going here for a long time. It's clean and haven't found any problems with it. Food is good,popcorn is delicious. Friendly staff. Didn't give it 5 stars because the chairs are not all that comfortable.
Pretty similar to Showplace 16 only smaller. Also like Showplace 16 they need to update the uncomfortable stadium seats. It's worth driving to a Marcus theater for comfortable relaxing movie experience with reclining leather seats. You shouldn't be in pain after watching a movie.
I have always had excellent experiences at Schererville AMC Showplace 12. The seats are super comfortable, the staff is nice, and the line to buy tickets is short.
I’ve been going to this theater since I was a kid. It’s always been really nice and I have a Lot of great memories there. I really enjoy their movie selection and think they have the customer service.
Also, there are more snacks other than candy and popcorn. I had some nachos at my last visit, but they had changed the brand of cheese. It was not good. Fortunately, a staff member replaced my nachos with a different item quickly. I was back in the theater before the movie started.
I've been going to this theater for over a decade. I have only had very few minor issues happen over all that time and the staff has helped us with all those issues. Overall this is a really great theater. I especially enjoy when they host movie marathons here.
