We walked out there one time and sure enough had the package on her truck. It happened again and I WENT IN AND COMPLAINED..NOW I HAVEN'T RECEIVRD MAIL IN 5 days! And I am waiting for important mail!
Welp, I paid for 2 day shipping from a location that's about an hour and a half away. Leave it to the government to screw that up. I live in an apartment complex, and I get my neighbors mail all the time. These folks are slow, inaccurate, and mostly incompetent. If you can avoid the USPS, do it at all costs - you'll be way, way better off. I would rate it lower than 1, if I could. Thanks USPS, for nothing.
Our postlady never comes to the door...she just leaves a slip saying we were not home.
Ridiculous. Rude. Unreliable. Ongoing numerous problems for years and despite numerous complaints it continues. I cant even order from an online merchant and count on receiving my items. They even input false tracking info saying it was delivered when it wasnt. Why do they still have jobs?
I used to sell a bunch of stuff online and would frequent various post offices and the Schererville post office has some of the friendliest staff. Danny should be the spokesperson for this place; he's friendly and makes the trip to this post office a pleasant one. I mostly use the self-service kiosk nowadays as it is very convenient and there's never a line for it.
Are they really that lazy to deliver prime packages on Sunday? Other people have to work Sundays, don't complain and just do their jobs. Is that too hard for your workers to do?
