They supply the shampoo and towels and they clean up the mess.
Not a bad store. Mostly caters to dogs and cats and a few smaller animals like rabbits, gerbils and such. They need to realize that if they are to be a Feed store as well, that a lot of people in that community have other animals other than the ones I listed. I'll stick to Pet Smart & Tractor Supply.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff that genuinely care about the services they provide. Always smiling faces and if they don't have a product they are willing to order it for you (and at a great price). I get specialty food for one of my cats here weekly and it was a product they didn't carry before I was a customer. I can't say enough good things about this place.
The tubs are very nice and they have a rack feature for small dogs so the owner is not bending way over the tub! Very nice option. They also offer dog grooming as well. The groomer is very friendly and I could hear her talking to and taking good care of a scared dog in the next room.
Not what I quite expected but still a neat place to visit for pet ideas!
Excellent dog wash station. Water never got cold. And the dryer engine is outside the room. So it is quieter than other places. They do have a program of buy six washes and one of those is basically free. Ask at the counter.
I really loved Teds pet & feeds. Really wish it didn't burn down. Man i'm gonna miss it. Got my first monkey there.
