Management staff not totally friendly... I feel like quantity is more important than quality service to customers.

You can buy a lot of cool stuff here, and it doesn't bother me that this place is really big. It's not much harder to find things here than it is in a normal sized menards.
The gentleman that help me in the hardware department was very knowledgeable and very helpful. But unfortunately the cashier did not have a pleasant attitude. She was not mean but you could tell she was not in a good mood. Customer service is first and foremost I believe this to be true even though the cashier was not friendly I do understand sometimes we all have bad days. Overall I would give it four stars.
Individual parts like washers are offensively overpriced. I stole a small o-ring from you before that would have cost me like $0.35 for ONE.
I like how they put the people food right next to the dog food so that you know what you're eating.
HUGE store stocked with GREAT deals ESPECIALLY on grocery, cleaning supplies!! Their special buys are not always listed in ads but are in-store! Not a waste of a trip for sure!!
