Went to purchase mattress. The knowledge and non-pushy sales is excellent. Why you would pass over this place for a cookie-cutter mattress store with inexperienced and ignorant sales people is beyond me. There is reason to support great local businesses. Besides you can't get Tempurpedic at the chains. And you can't get the great and caring service.
Poor customer service, poor policies...will NEVER shop here, nor refer this place to anyone. No wonder it's ALWAYS empty!!!
Decent prices, some are more expensive. Salesman used tactic to for me to buy a bed for him to get a commission instead of what I wanted.
