Reserved a unit from CubeSmart online and within minutes received a phone call from the storage facility manager Flo. I was happy that I did not have to wait the 24 hours they allow. The facility was clean and Flo was very delightful to speak with. She shared a wealth of information and made the experience simple and easy. The storage locker was clean and easy to access.

Flo was incredible when I came in to get a unit. She is so nice, and made everything so simple. She is quick and efficient, so you are in and out with no problems. She really cares about the customers. Even though it’s a storage unit, she remembers people and really connects with them. She works really hard to make sure you are well taken care of. I highly recommend this storage facility, and especially Flo!
When I arrived at the location the lady at the front desk was very helpful. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a wonderful smile. When talking to her I was very pleased with her customer service and her knowledge of the facility the appearance of facility was very Queen and I knew that this was the best place for me to be just by looking at it. The prices were very competitive and she made the transition very easy.
I would definitely refer anyone to utilize this facility from the excellent customer service the cleanliness of the facility, and the security of the individual units makes me very comfortable with storing any & everything at this facility. I was very amazed and I would not want to use any other storage unit.
When I first called looking for a storage unit, I spoke to someone that was very helpful. The gentleman made sure that there was something available for me he was very professional and took the initiative to contact this location. The woman at this location gave me a courtesy call to verify my reservation and to walk me through a few details she also helped prepare me and made some very useful suggestions which I took advantage of and it worked out very well.
Needed a storage unit last minute and CubeSmart staff was able to get us all set up very quickly. First by phone and then in person in Schererville. Flo called me back immediately after I called the 800 # and then when we visited her to finish setting up the account she was the most warm & friendly person I may have ever dealt with at a business. She and the staff there were amazing. Flo did all she could to make sure we got the best deal by explaining all of our options and driving us around the site to show us the different units. We were able to get into the unit that day. Very efficient, friendly & professional. Would highly recommend CubeSmart & Flo.
