We kept most of our furniture and belongings in a mi-box for 6 months while our new home was being built. The price of storage and pickup/drop off were very fair, we thought. It is really fun to watch them drop it off and pick it back up; the technology of their truck is very interesting. Whenever we called for a pickup or drop off, they were very friendly and accommodating and they were able to meet the dates we needed. This business has friendly staff and they are there when they say they will be. Our belongings after sitting for 6 months were just as we had left them. No damage at all. We did buy their recommended moisture absorbing packs and tightly wrapped wooden pieces in blankets and cellophane. Also, our insurance company was able to insure our belongings inside of the mi-box, which gave us peace of mind. Definitely recommend.
These folks are great. Very prompt, friendly customer service. A happy voice on the other end makes moving a little nicer.

I used Mi-Box recently to move from NWI to the Indianapolis area. First, they were the only container delivery service that would deliver containers in Munster. All the other more well known companies like PODS and PackRat would not deliver in Munster. Linda was always helpful and on top of every concern that came up. They typically do not deliver as far as Indianapolis, but because no other companies would serve Munster, IN they made an exception and delivered my container. I can not say enough good things about the quality of service that I received from them. Punctual. Professional, Polite and Very Accommodating.

I used Mi-Box to hold furniture, books and other possessions during a remodel the living in our home. Linda helped me to pick the right size box and made it easy to understand the price structure. A Mi-Box 8' by16' is cheaper than a U-Haul truck and storage unit and requires less work. The box was delivered on time and placed with precision exactly where I needed it to be. The technician made sure that wooden pads were put down under each corner so as not to damage the driveway surface. It was clean inside and out. The roll-up door was easy to operate and lock up. I would highly recommend Mi-Box NWI for your temporary storage needs.
