Food was ready when it was supposed to be and it was delicious the cashier and cook were very courteous been helpful
Chicken good but service terrible plus I tried to send corporate a message and when their website asks for city and state of the store it responds there are no Popeyes in Schereville Indiana
Do not go there within an hour of closing time. Their fryer is already off. They refuse to make you anything that isn't sitting already to serve (yum?).
I've been through the drive thru at this location once before, but today was my first time going into the dining room. The service was excellent. The cashier who took my order was polite and friendly. I also noticed how well she interacted with and provided customer service to one patron who returned because her order was incorrect. I was very impressed overall and would go back here anytime.
They have onion rings at this location.
I was told to drive up to the window. When I did, the same employee stated.. "Did you not hear me? We only have regular chicken. The fryer is off." Very rude. Awesome customer service.
I had just driven 20 minutes there and asked for a manager.
