After seeing the commercial for the ribs a few weeks ago I was drawn in (carry out) and had the best ribs ever, couldn't believe for the price.... Ordered again few weeks later the ribs were less than 2/3 the size and no sauce and missing 1 serving of the fry's, this after shouting from the roof tops about how great they are...... What happened? After a long day and looking so forward to them we were tremendously disappointed. Please do better, still taste great.
Used to be a big fan. The facility is great! But, the service over the past year or two has declined a lot! The last time we stopped we timed it, 12 minutes before someone dropped off menus and a total of 17 before anyone took our order, even for drinks. We were there for the all-you-can-eat apps but learned that the price went up, and the options went down to 5, one of which they were out of. The waitress did her best to make it right, knowing we were neglected and such but they were not near busy enough to justify 17 minutes of sitting and watching everyone else eat. This was the third time we've had horrible service, and it was the worst of the three. There won't be a fourth time-too many other options in the casual dining chain to tolerate that.
Love the ambiance! Great food at a good price and the servers are friendly! Never had a bad experience in the 10 years I've visited here.
The restaurant was clean and not overly crowded. The food was good however the waiter was not attentive and he forgot requests. I was able to earn great reward points from my visit but the service would make me think twice about returning.
Good food, I'm hoping the waitress was new, didn't show up much, and after waiting 10 minutes for our drink we had to ask the server go hunt her down and remind her. It wasn't packed there either. All in all i still enjoy their food and prices.
