I unfortunately had to have my cat put down a few months ago. I called on a Sunday before a holiday to let them know that I needed to have this happen as she was in bad condition. The team was extremely helpful and caring when I arrived and quickly had me in a private room and meeting with their doctor within minutes. Losing a family pet is hard and they helped make the worst part of the experience go as smooth as possible. The entire team on staff was great. I will always come back here if any of my other animals are in need after the positive way they treated me.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff here! Julie the intake/tech and Dr. Gusterferson were sooo very personal and attentive during my visit here with our newly adopted rescue puppy who began vomiting excessively after being her new parents for only 4 days. They were kind, patient and excellent in communicating thoughts and action plan. The gentle nature and genuine concern of the staff for our baby melts my heart. . P.S. not sure what caused the vomiting as everything looked good on X-ray, double checked for Parvo and that was negative as well. An anti-vomiting injection, Pepcid-type injection, and saline injection were administered and our baby seems to be feeling much better for now. Bless the good hearts of this staff!!
Extremely compassionate staff members. I recently had to put my 13 year old husky down and they let me spend as much time as I needed with her before hand. A week later I had to put my 12 year old German Shepherd down and I was devistated losing both of my dogs in the same week. They remembered me and gave me hugs and condolences. They were very patient and helpful setting up care credit to get thier ashes back as well.
They charged me $500 to tell me to take my dog to the regular vet . My vet only charged me $220 for the cure. Unless you pet needs first aid or is poisoned wait for the regular vet.
They took excellent care of out puppy. Service was prompt and they were very caring!!
